Felix isn't about to acknowledge it, but in the end Harrow shows more self-control than most people - or other beings - he's ever conducted a ritual with. It gives him some (hopefully well-placed) confidence both in said partner and in his own ability to handle this.

He relaxes more genuinely and waves aside Harrow's admission with an easy smile. "Well, that's what you have a negotiator for, isn't it?" Yes, that must sound better than 'warlock'. Crafty words! A moment's debate about which details to press for, then: Harrow did mention the blades shared his knowledge, and Felix doesn't want to tip them off to everything he has in mind. So he limits himself. "How far would you like to be able to go?"

Like, not need. Pitch high, Harrow.
