Felix is sharp enough to guess there's more discontent behind Norn's restrained demeanor than he lets on. If he were a more compulsively honest sort, the Imperial might think about pressing the matter, letting Norn have his say. It's Felix, though, and at this moment he's more than happy to let Norn let this slide. Maybe it'll bite him later. But that will be later.
