Date: 2017-03-07 02:44 am (UTC)Jim snaps out of his thoughts about hearthside cooking and baking and moves to gather up as many of the lanterns as he can reasonably carry safely. The sooner they get the actual work done the sooner they can both work on relaxing properly.
As charming as Felix's relatives may be, Jim didn't come here to be with them. Well, he sort of did, but that's not really the point. He'd rather be working with Felix than resting inside without him.
"This is a nice place your cousin has here, by the way." Jim thinks it's rather quite nice. Homey. Something his own house lacks, though it is slowly changing thanks to the present company.
